Directors and staff are carefully chosen and well qualified for the job at Children's Country Club too. Ten years is an average tenure for Children's Country Club too staff and directors. All staff are trained and certified Child First Aid and CPR. Everyone on our staff is a qualified teacher according to the Children and Family Services guidelines and have trained experience in encouraging your child with guidance through everyday discoveries and learning adventures. Our teachers attend workshops and classes annually as well as acquiring CEUs as training .
Director, Debbie Minette, has been with C.C.C. For 43 years. She and her husband Tony live in Frankfort. They have three children Tony, Anna, and Aimee. Mrs. Debbie has earned her degree in Early Childhood Education. She graduated with honors with an Associate in Arts Degree. She holds a current certificate in Red Cross First Aid and CPR.
Director, Dagmar Zvonek, is a Co-Director of the C.C.C. and has been for 43 years. She has her degree in Early Childhood Education and graduated with honors and is also certified in Red Cross First Aid and CPR.
Kelly Drummond is our Kindergarten and 4-year-old teacher and has been with our staff 32 years. She started in June of 1986. Mrs. Kelly is the assistant Director. She received her CDA and attended Moraine Valley Community College. Mrs. Kelly resides in Frankfort with her husband Dan, their daughter Jennifer, and son Ian. Mrs. Kelly holds a current certificate in First Aid and CPR.
Tammy Wilkens is starting her 20th year with our staff. Mrs. Tammy started working August of 1999. She graduated with honors in the Early Child Care Program from the Richard J. Daley College. She is director qualified. She resides in Frankfort Square with her husband and 2 children. She grew up in a daycare home setting where her mom watched children since Tammy was 7 years old. She is very comfortable and experienced with children. She is certified in First Aid and CPR. Tammy is the Lead Teacher in the 4-year-old room.
Shannon Chuprevich is starting her 20th year with our staff. She attended Joliet Junior College. Mrs. Shannon is the lead teacher for the 3-year old class and is director qualified. She lives in Joliet with her husband. Mrs. Shannon is CPR and first-aid certified.
Erin Niemeyer is the Lead Teacher in the Infant room. She attended Joliet Junior College and has earned her associates degree in Early Childhood education. She has been with us for 10 years. Mrs. Erin lives in New Lenox with her husband. She Volunteers in the nursery at her church. Mrs. Erin is CPR and first aid certified.
Alyssa Aggen is starting her fifth year with us and will be the teacher in the Toddler room. She attended College of Dupage and JJC. She lives in Manhattan with her husband and her 4 year old son Aiden and new born daughter Addison. Mrs. Alyssa is CPR and First Aid certified.
Crystal Arellano will be Mrs. Shannon’s Aide this year. She has been with us for 4 years. She has lived in Tinley Park for over 15 years and has 2 daughters. Ms. Crystal is CPR and first aid certified.
Kelsey Blank is the co-teacher in the Infant room. Kelsey is starting her second year with us. She is excited to be with the Infants. She lives in Frankfort with her daughter Ellie
Julie Evans is the co- teacher in the toddler room. She has been teaching with the The Children's Country Club for over 31 years. She lives in Manhattan with her husband Patrick. Mrs. Julie has one daughter and granddaughter. She attended Moraine Valley Community College and currently holds a CDA teaching credential.
Amanda Lindsey is the aide in the toddler room. She graduated from Lincoln Way East high school. Where she got a certificate in the early childhood education class for being the most to succeed in this field. Amanda will be attending Joliet Junior College and getting her degree in Kindergarten teaching.
Alyssa Luttrell is the aide in the 4 year old class. She attends Joliet Junior College and working hard to get her associate degree. She comes from a large family and is the oldest of 7 children. Miss Alyssa is CPR and First Aide certified.
Emily Malinowski is an aide she graduated from Andrew high school where she took 2 years of early childhood education classes. Miss Emily will be attending Beauty College in the fall. She lives in Tinley Park with her family.
